Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 19, 2026forcerocket (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Org Console mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the App. By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Data Collection
We do not collect, store, or transmit your Salesforce data to our servers. Org Console operates as a direct client interface. All queries, record modifications, user management actions, and data retrievals occur exclusively between your mobile device and Salesforce’s own servers via Salesforce’s official APIs. forcerocket has no visibility into, or access to, the data you read or write within your Salesforce environments.
2. Local Data Storage & Authentication
To provide session persistence and multi-org switching, the App stores the following data locally on your device only:
- OAuth Tokens: Access tokens and refresh tokens issued by Salesforce during the login process are stored in your device’s platform-managed encrypted keychain (iOS) or keystore (Android).
- App Preferences: Minimal configuration data (such as theme and display preferences) is stored in local app storage.
forcerocket cannot access this data remotely. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently destroyed on your device.
3. Analytics, Advertising & Tracking
The App does not embed any third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioural tracking SDKs. The App does not send usage telemetry to forcerocket. We do not use device identifiers (such as IDFA) to track you, and we do not participate in ad networks or data brokers.
Your device’s operating system may independently generate crash reports subject to the OS privacy settings you have configured; forcerocket does not receive or process such reports.
4. Third-Party Services
Org Console connects exclusively to Salesforce using Salesforce’s own public APIs and the OAuth 2.0 framework. Your use of those services is governed by Salesforce’s Terms of Service and Salesforce’s Privacy Policy. No data is shared by the App with any other third-party service, SDK, or advertising network.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information or Salesforce data to any third party. Because the App communicates directly with Salesforce’s servers and not with any forcerocket infrastructure, there is no user data in our possession to share.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Because forcerocket does not collect or store your data on any server, there is no centralised database from which we can export or delete your records. All data resides locally on your device and is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data through your device settings.
To revoke the App’s access to your Salesforce environments at any time, navigate to Setup → Connected Apps OAuth Usage (or your Personal Settings) in Salesforce and revoke the OAuth permission for Org Console. This immediately invalidates all stored tokens.
7. GDPR, CCPA & Global Privacy Rights
Because forcerocket does not collect, host, or process your personal data or your organisation’s CRM data on any forcerocket infrastructure, rights under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), and similar frameworks — including the right to erasure, right of access, right to rectification, and right to data portability — that relate to your Salesforce data must be exercised directly through your Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce, Inc.
If you believe forcerocket holds any personal data about you, or if you wish to exercise any privacy right, please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended solely for business professionals who are above 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 18 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a person under 18, we will delete such information promptly.
9. Security
We take security seriously. The App leverages platform-managed encrypted storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) for sensitive credentials and communicates with Salesforce exclusively over HTTPS/TLS-encrypted connections. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:
- Use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App;
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App;
- Use the App to access Salesforce environments for which you do not have proper authorisation;
- Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair Salesforce’s services or any third-party infrastructure.
4. Your Responsibilities
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Org Console provides powerful administrative capabilities including SOQL execution, record modification, and async job management. You are solely and exclusively responsible for all actions taken within your Salesforce environments through the App. Ensure you have appropriate authorisation before executing any operation.
5. Third-Party Services & Trademark Disclaimer
Org Console connects exclusively to Salesforce using Salesforce’s own public APIs and the OAuth 2.0 framework. Your use of Salesforce is governed by Salesforce’s Terms of Service.
“Salesforce” is a registered trademark of Salesforce, Inc. forcerocket is an independent developer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc. in any way.
6. App Store Distribution
The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store and Google Play. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and forcerocket only, and not with Apple, Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not a party to these Terms and bear no responsibility for the App or its content. Any claims relating to the App (including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims) are the sole responsibility of forcerocket.
You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. To the extent that any maintenance or support is required, it is the sole responsibility of forcerocket.
Each platform’s standard end-user licence agreement applies to your use of the App where these Terms are silent or where applicable platform terms take precedence by law.
7. In-App Purchases & Premium Modules
Org Console operates on an a-la-carte model, offering optional premium features as distinct, modular add-ons or “packs” (such as the Multi-Org Management Pack). These modules are accessible via specific, one-time, “lifetime” or “perpetual” in-app purchases that unlock only the functionality explicitly described for that specific pack. In this context, “lifetime” refers to the active, supported lifespan of the App, and not the human lifespan of the purchaser.
By purchasing any feature pack or module, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Service Lifespan: forcerocket reserves the right to discontinue the App, cease active development, or remove it from app distribution platforms at any time, at our sole discretion.
- Third-Party Dependencies: The App’s core functionality relies on Salesforce’s APIs. If Salesforce deprecates, alters, or restricts access to the APIs required for the App to function, forcerocket is under no obligation to provide a workaround, update the App, or maintain functionality.
- Refund Policy: If the App is discontinued, loses functionality due to third-party API changes, or if you lose access to your required Salesforce environments, forcerocket will not issue refunds for prior feature pack purchases. Refund requests made shortly after purchase are handled exclusively by the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) according to their standard consumer policies.
8. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of forcerocket. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of forcerocket.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, forcerocket expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any defect will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall forcerocket, its developers, officers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business — arising from:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to use the App;
- Any actions taken by third-party services (including Salesforce) in connection with your use of the App;
- Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Salesforce data or device storage;
- Any other matter relating to the App, whether under warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to INR 100 (one hundred Indian Rupees).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless forcerocket, its developers, officers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the competent courts of India for the resolution of any disputes.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
