forcerocket (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the forcerocket.in website and its web-based tools (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

This policy covers the forcerocket.in website and all web-based tools hosted on it, including the Salesforce Development Effort Estimator. For our native mobile applications, each app has its own privacy policy — see App-Specific Policies below.

1. Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. The forcerocket website and its tools are static, client-side applications. All calculations, configurations, and interactions happen entirely in your web browser. We have no backend user database, no user accounts, and no server-side data processing of user inputs.

2. Effort Estimator

The Salesforce Development Effort Estimator runs entirely in your browser. Your project configurations, team data, and estimation results are never sent to forcerocket servers. The optional REST API processes requests statelessly — no inputs or results are logged or stored.

The “Share Link” feature encodes your spec in the URL itself. Anyone with that URL can see the encoded configuration. Do not share the link if it contains sensitive project details.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

The site uses localStorage to persist your theme preference (light/dark mode). No tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party cookies are set. We do not use any cookie consent mechanism because we do not set cookies.

4. Analytics, Advertising & Tracking

The website does not use any analytics services (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Matomo). We do not embed advertising, tracking pixels, social media widgets, or behavioural tracking of any kind. We do not use device identifiers, fingerprinting, or any form of cross-site tracking.

5. Third-Party Services

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address as part of serving these font files. This is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. No other third-party services are used.

The site is served through Cloudflare, which may process connection metadata (IP address, TLS version, etc.) as part of its CDN and security services. This is subject to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade any information to third parties. Because we do not collect user data, there is nothing to share.

7. GDPR, CCPA & Global Privacy Rights

Because forcerocket does not collect or process personal data on any server infrastructure, there is no user data subject to GDPR, CCPA, or similar privacy regulations. If you believe forcerocket holds any personal data about you, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 18.

9. Security

All connections to forcerocket.in are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. The site enforces strict Content Security Policy (CSP) headers to prevent XSS and injection attacks. No user credentials are ever handled by the website.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

The Services include the forcerocket website and all tools hosted on it, including the Salesforce Development Effort Estimator. Native mobile applications (such as Org Console) are governed by their own terms — see App-Specific Policies.

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services or their hosting infrastructure;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Services in a manner that degrades service for others;

3. Effort Estimator — Disclaimer

The Salesforce Development Effort Estimator produces guidance ranges, not contractual commitments. Estimates are based on generalised models and may not reflect your specific project conditions. You are solely responsible for how you use these estimates in planning, budgeting, or client communications.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, design, code, and branding, are the exclusive property of forcerocket and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Trademark Disclaimer

“Salesforce” is a registered trademark of Salesforce, Inc. forcerocket is an independent developer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc. in any way.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, forcerocket disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, forcerocket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to INR 100.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
